Biography
Lauren Tickner is the founder of Scale Systems, co-founder of Amfim, and an international speaker on AI for business, with a particular focus on sales. She works at the intersection of audience building, business operations and practical AI adoption, helping founders think through where technology can make their sales process more useful, consistent and personal.
Her sessions explore AI across the sales process: researching prospects, qualifying opportunities, preparing for conversations, improving the handover from marketing to sales, and following up with context. Rather than presenting AI as a substitute for relationships, Lauren focuses on how teams can use it to support better conversations and free people to spend more time with customers.
Lauren brings a founder’s perspective to the stage. She launched a fitness brand that helped more than 100,000 women love their bodies again and move more, before building businesses focused on helping entrepreneurs grow through systems. That experience informs her work on turning a personal brand and an existing audience into a profitable business, and understanding the operational mistakes that can accompany growth.
A Dubai resident for over six years, Lauren has spoken at Expo 2020 on digital transformation, on the same stages as Gary Vee and Alex Hormozi, and at Robert Kiyosaki’s own in-person event. Her interview with Ryan Daniel Moran has reached 104,000 YouTube views, and she has hosted conversations with Jeremy Miner and Grant Cardone.
Lauren is available for keynotes, fireside chats and practical workshops tailored to founders, business owners and sales teams. Her topics include AI across the sales process, follow-up that keeps conversations moving, and turning an existing audience into sales. Each session is adapted to the audience’s needs, with an emphasis on clear examples, useful workflows and the decisions that still need human judgement.
